Become a Vendor

Register now to reserve your spot.  In additional to the public show, we are hosting a Vendors-Only Networking Party on Saturday night from 7pm to 11pm in the show space.  This is your time to connect, relax, and have fun in anticipation of a great show!

 

Registration begins April 1st, with early bird rates available until May 15th.

 

Large 10x10 spaces are available for $150 during the early bird period, going up to $200 after May 15th.  Small 5x10 spaces are available for $75 during the early bird period, going up to $100 after May 15th.  There are no fees for selling merchandise.  Sell away!

 

Please note that spaces are assigned by the show committee.

 

Load-in* is Saturday July 27th from noon to 7pm and on Sunday July 28th from 7am to 10:30am.  The show starts at 11am on the 28th.  No load-out is permitted until 6:30pm.  Load out is also available on Monday the 29th from 8am to 2pm.
